I’m Anne-Marie Sherman, wonderful to meet you! Thank you so much for stopping by to view my website.

What a magical journey it has been. I am truly blessed to be sharing my life with you. I believe I came into this world as a healer. For as long as I can remember I have always wanted to help people...starting from childhood being the 2nd oldest of 7 brothers and sisters I helped take care of them. This lead me to a career in nursing for 13 years and then a massage therapist for 5 years and somewhere in between those two careers I found the energy healing modalities of Reiki and IET® which forever changed my life!
Although I have always been spiritual and have always believed in something bigger than myself…my true spiritual journey began after the death of my father in 2005. I knew from the conversations we had overs the years that he carried a lot of guilt, resentments and regrets for some of the things in his life. My father gave me a tremendous gift from the other side when he died…the message I received was Don't Do What I Did! Meaning don’t waste precious time and energy on harboring guilt, resentments and regrets. The burning question for me was is this all there is…there has to be more to life than this? 
I spent the next few years in search of the answer to this question. Being guided to all different types of spiritual teachings and in 2009 Reiki came into my life and there was no turning back…I didn’t find Reiki it found me! Although my energy healing journey started with Reiki, it led me to seek others energy healing modalities. Integrated Energy Therapy® (IET®) entered my life in 2010 and most recently have been guided on a journey of healing with Sacred Sound. Working with these energy healing modalities has helped me heal many areas of my own life physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually! My purpose in this lifetime is to share these energy healing gifts with others to help empower them to heal themselves and with that help heal the world one person at a time!“

I’m Jesse Sherman, and am grateful that you are here!

My journey really started when I met and fell in love with Anne-Marie about 8 years ago (2015). She introduced me to the concept of Healing Energy. I was open to the concept, but had not myself ever experienced Reiki or IET (Integrated Energy Therapy). Through being with her I learned of her experiences with intuition, and connection with other energies throughout her life. I could only listen and be intrigued and amazed by her experiences.

in April 2017 I took my first Reiki 1 & 2 Holy Fire@ training in Phoenix taught by Michael and Laurel Baird (Infinite Light Healing Studies Center). Once we started the Reiki Healing business in 2019, I would partake in all of the 1 & 2 Reiki classes that Anne taught in our home. In November of 2019 I took a Reiki drumming class in Sedona (also taught by Infinite Light). In January of 2022 I completed the Basic, Intermediate, and Advanced IET trainings. Then in April I became an IET Master Instructor. In July of 2022 I completed the Usui/Holy Fire@ III Master class. At that point I also assisted Anne while she taught that class to others. In September of 2022 I received training in Crystal Healing completing the Basic, and Intermediate Reiki Crystal Healing Practitioner courses. In November of 2022 I retired from my traditional work so that I could focus all of my energies upon my personal growth. I then completed the Holy Fire@ III Karuna Reiki Master class with Anne during the first week of November. I have had so much personal transformation in the course of 5 years. I have been quite surprised to learn and understand how much trauma, shame, guilt, and unworthiness that I have been carrying since childhood. Moving towards the Infinite Creator through Love and clearing our Chakras is no easy task. But it is the ONLY task that really matters in this journey!
