CANCELLATION/ NO SHOW POLICY

24 hour advance notice is required when canceling an appointment. If you are unable to give a 24 hour notice you will be charged 50% of the booked session fee. If a session is a "No Show" then you will be charged for the session IN FULL, and may be required to pre-pay for future sessions. Late Arrivals will receive a shorter session, regardless of the actual length of your visit the full amount will be charged. *By requesting a booking you are agreeing to all policies listed hereunder.  

The privacy of clients is taken very seriously. No information about any client will be discussed or shared with any third party without written consent of the client or parent/guardian if the client is under 18. Any information gathered in writing for the purpose of establishing a client relationship will be kept in a locked file, and appropriately discarded if so requested.
